A Voter Plan is the plan for when you will vote and how. Do you need a ride to the polls?
Do you plan to vote by mail?

Even more important than making your own plan is to help other people make a plan
who are first-time voters or may need help getting to the polls. Maybe you will be the
one to give them a ride?

You have to request a ballot to vote by mail. Here is the official Pennsylvania page on

Once you have helped someone to make a Voter Plan, make sure to follow up! It is
often good practice to call them the week before the election and then again on Election
Day to make sure they have no complications following their plan.
